Does Skull & Bones beta progress carry over?

With the Skull & Bones open beta on the horizon, many players will likely wonder if the progress they make carries over into the full game when it launches on February 16.

Skull & Bones has had a long journey to get here, with development of the game seeing multiple directional changes and delays since it was announced in 2017. However, it seems it's finally set to make its debut, and the upcoming open beta is the first chance many will have to play it.

Will beta progress carry over for Skull & Bones?

It's been confirmed in a Skull & Bones blog post that beta progress will carry over into the full launch. 

This means any experience, ranks, ships, cosmetics, and whatever else you earn from your time with the beta will be available the second the full game launches on February 16.

The open beta will also provide players the chance to earn some exclusive items, as the blog post shows off a list of different cosmetics and emotes which can be unlocked for things like reaching a particular Tier.
