Like all villagers, you can earn one friendship point with Heidi a day just by talking to her. You can also complete commissions she has posted to the commission board in the Commerce Guild for friendship points.
Giving gifts she loves is the key to establishing a good relationship with Heidi, remember to speak to her on her birthday on Summer 17.

At ‘Buddy’ level you’ll receive a 10% discount when consuming in the store, at ‘Friend’ level this increases to 20% and 10% fewer Gols will be required for homestead upgrades
At the ‘Good Friend’ relationship level with Heidi, you’ll receive a 25% discount when consuming in the store.
