There are a couple of places to find Hisuian Sneasel in Pokemon Legends Arceus. You can find them on the Celestica Trail in the Coronet Highlands. You're nearly guaranteed to run into one in the Alabaster Icelands, as one appears on the path up to Lake Acuity.

Sneasel is an aggressive Pokemon, so approach with caution. It is a fighting/poison type Pokemon, so come prepared for that. Once Sneasel is caught, you just need its evolutionary item to evolve it into Sneasler.

As with the original version of Sneasel, you need a Sharp Claw to evolve Hisuian Sneasler. Where the original had you use a Sharp Claw at night to become Weavile, you have to use the Sharp Claw during the day to get Sneasler.

You have a couple of options in terms of how to acquire a Sharp Claw. If you're lucky, you might find one during a Pokemon Legends Arceus Space-Time Distortion. Your next option is to farm them by repeatedly defeating Sneasles in the wild. Head to wherever you caught Sneasle and defeat them in battles until they drop a Sharp Claw.

This could take a long time, especially because there are no large numbers of Sneasle consistently in one place. Unless you happen across a Pokemon Legends Arceus Mass Outbreak of Sneasle. If you're not having much luck, you might be better off buying a Sharp Claw with Merit Points (more on those in our guide on how to get Merit Points in Pokemon Legends Arceus).

However you get one, use the Sharp Claw with Hisuian Sneasle during the day and it will evolve into Sneasler.
