While you need only find five out of the ten troops for the parade in Junon, you'll need to locate all ten to get the 7th Infantry trophy in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth - and this also gives you the chance to build the best formation too.

I spent far too long looking for some of these troops in the game, as they're hidden away in the corners of many buildings - it's almost like they're trying to stay on their break! It's up to you to pull them all away from their precious R&R though, so check out all of the locations below.

All Seventh Infantry locations in Junon

Here are all 10 Seventh Infantry locations you'll need to find to achieve the '7th Infantry' trophy. Once you've found the troops, speak to the one with the quest marker above their head.

On the promenade

The first set of troops can be found on the exterior section, about halfway down the promenade that is to the left of the main road.

About halfway down the main road on the east side, there should be a group of troops posing by a cardboard cutout of Rufus Shinra himself. Interact with one of them to take a picture - making sure it's a good one to get your very own cutout of the President.

If you're struggling to locate them, they're roughly on the other side of the road to where Barret is found.

Two troops can be found next to a model version of the Sister Ray in Larboard Junon. This can be reached within the mall area, but it's easiest to find by entering from the main road, as it's right inside one of the first doors on the right.

In The Glabrescent Bar

Near the southeast of the inside mall, you should be able to find The Glabrescent, where a short cutscene will play as you approach with Rude greeting an equally bald man. Head inside and speak to the troops to bring them off their break - just make sure to not take off your helmet.

Celia's of Junon

Heading into Celia's of Junon, you'll be able to see a group of four troops on the right-hand side of the store by some materia and rocks.

Barracks - Assembly Room (3rd Floor)

This is the first of the troops you can find in the Barracks, which is the building that Red XIII is sitting just outside of. Head up to the 3rd floor - which is one above entry from inside the mall - to find a set of troops being interviewed by SNNet.

Barracks - Briefing Room (4th Floor)

Head up to the top floor of the Barracks and there'll be a group of troops near the back by a whiteboard and some brown sofas.

Larboard Garrison - Storeroom (Basement)

Head outside of the Barracks, continue north to the next building on the left and head down the stairs to reach the Storeroom. There'll be a group of Seventh Infantry troops standing by a table and a whiteboard.

Le Sourire Bar

Head out of the Larboard Garrison into the inside mall again, and go up the stairs straight ahead of you. At the top, you should find Le Sourire, which is a bar. There are some troops standing just beyond the entrance for you to call in. Don't miss Elena drowning her sorrows at the bar here for some extra dialogue!

Shopping Center - 3F

For the last set of troops, head inside the Shopping Center, which is found just to the left of Red XIII, and is where you'll find the Inn and Magnata Books. Take the stairs to reach the third floor, and there will be two troops on the left picking out a present.

Now that you've got all ten sets of troops the '7th Infantry' trophy should unlock, so now all you have to do is return to the Commander at the top of the main road to start the ceremony.

Best Seventh Infantry formation for Junon Parade

While your definition of 'best' very much depends on how much you like a challenge, the formation you'll need for the easiest run in the parade has you using the five 'Security Officers' units.

These will give you a one-star difficulty for all three formations, which will largely restrict you to single button presses without too much challenge when it comes to speed.

If you want to just get the easiest units and not waste time going for the trophy, here are the locations that you'll need to visit from the list above:

  • On the promenade
  • In The Glabrescent Bar
  • Celia's of Junon
  • Barracks - Briefing Room
  • Le Sourire Bar

It won't take too long to get the rest though, and who knows - you might even enjoy the added challenge!
