The Elden Ring Three Fingers is a mysterious character tucked away deep below Leyndell, who is linked to the Frenzied Flame Outer God and allows for you to unlock a new ending. To find the Three Fingers you will need to navigate toward the sewers below Leyndell to find the Underground Roadside Lost Grace. Walk out of the that same room and take a left until you come across a grate on the floor with an opening. Drop down and hug the right wall so you can walk into the pipe with the slug enemies and follow it along past the holes on the ground. You'll eventually come to an open gate on your right that you can walk through to follow the pipe into a room with an enemy and a ladder.

Climb the ladder and walk ahead into the large circular chamber with spiral stairs to your right. Instead of following them, drop down to your left and follow the stairs down until you go through a door and follow a corridor. At the end of the corridor, turn left and walk down the stairs before turning round and going through the door where you can find another large pipe to walk through. Follow this pipe to the end before turning right into a large room with an enemy and a ladder at the end. Go up the ladder and follow the path ahead to open the shortcut to the Lost Grace we started at.

Turn back around and you should see a pipe you walk on to your right which veers upward. Follow this to the end and then drop down on your left to a wooden ledge. You can follow this ledge by jumping up to another one and then there will be a doorway to go through which leads you back into the large room again. Jump down onto the pipe and drop into the pipe itself through the hole.

Follow it forward until you make a left, and then make another left immediately. Keep following the pipe and then drop down through a hole after you take a right. Move forward and you'll come to a ladder that leads into a room with some pot enemies. Ignore them and walk toward a metal elevator that will take you down. There will be a Lost Grace in front of you, and you just need to follow the path ahead until you get to the boss fight with Mohg, the Omen. Once he is defeated, at the very back of the room is an altar surrounded by candles. Hit this, and a secret path will be revealed.

You'll need to descend through the catacombs by jumping onto the wooden beams and the platforms sticking out of the walls. Once you get down, there will be another Lost Grace and a unique-looking door ahead.

Once you arrive at the door, you will find it locked and unable to open. To gain entry, you will need to go into your menu and unequip all your weapons and armour - though you can leave the talismans on. Afterwards, a cutscene will begin as you slowly push open the door, before finding the Three Fingers trapped inside.

Once you enter, the Three Fingers will embrace you and begin to glow orange as it burns you with the Frenzied Flame. During this it will disappear and once the cutscene ends you will be able to see the burn marks across your body, and your eyes will glow orange.

All of this will cause Melina to leave you as she no longer believes you to be fit for the role of Elden Lord, and bearing the mark of the Frenzied Flame will also lock you out of the game's other endings. It is possible to reverse this by earning Miquella's Needle, which can be gained during the Elden Ring Millicent questline, and then using it in Dragonlord Placidusax's arena at Crumbling Farum Azula. If you wish to keep it though, just carry on playing through the main story of the game.

That's our breakdown of how to find the Elden Ring Three Fingers so you can unlock the Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending.
