Upon your first visit to Monarch Studios, during the 'Michael Anders and the Holy Grail' quest, you will likely find the Space Fox 2250 Prop container in a back alley near building one. 

At this point in the game you won't be able to find the zombie who holds Space Fox 2250 Prop key, so just carry on with the main quest for now.

How to find the Space Fox 2250 Prop key

• Continue the main quest until you arrive at Venice Beach and can pick up the side quest, 'It Came From Monarch Studios'. 
• Fast travel back to Monarch Studios and head toward building seven.

• Round the back of building seven, where you can find the dumpsters, you should find a runner zombie called the Space Fox Prop Master. 
• Killing this zombie will yield the Dead Island 2 Space Fox 2250 Prop key, allowing you to open the relevant container. 

From where you find the key, it's a straight jog back to building one, where you can open the Space Fox 2250 Prop container and earn your new weapon, which was an Electrocuter Pistol in our playthrough.
