Although getting your loadout weapons is quite an easy feat in Warzone nowadays, that element of RNG still comes into play on your hot drops, which is only highlighted more on Resurgence playlists.

With the re-emergence of Rebirth Island, ground loot has been more prevalent than ever before in Warzone, with players looking to get an instant boost from the second their feet hit the floor.

But Warzone players aren't happy with these RNG choices and have picked up one of the disastrous snipers available to take aim at the "terrible" ground loot options in Season 3.

Given the pace of Warzone, and especially in Resurgence, getting your hands on a decent gun is quite key, allowing you to take fights early on, rather than hide in corners and hope that you can accrue enough cash to head to the buy stations unnoticed.

But players are now calling out the ground loot, listing that the snipers that are on option simply aren't good enough to help in close-quarters combat and buildings in Rebirth Island.

"Anyone else think [that] the ground loot this season is terrible?" quizzed the popular Call of Duty account ModernWarzone.

"Why am I getting 10 snipers out of crates every game on Rebirth Island????" they added.

What is noticeable is that most players are in the same boat, which does even out the playing field somewhat (although those lucky few who get SMGs must be racking up some high-kill lobbies).

"[I] would be a millionaire if I had a dollar for every time I come across the MCW 6.8," one popular comment said with a wealth of agreement.

Another popular comment said, "Sniper or shotgun every time," while others pointed out that it takes "multiple boxes just for an AR/SMG".

This does take the sting out of the loot somewhat, but with Resurgence making it so ground loot must become part of your arsenal at some stage of pretty much each match, the firey cesspit that we're all swimming in is only going to burn us all.

Players did call for the developers to consider adding blueprints back to the ground loot, which served as a double-header or marketing. Just don't give us THAT one MORS bundle.
