Does anyone fancy a trip to the Big Apple? We know it's a little chilly this time of year, but you could always grab a bargain in the 2022 sale. If you don't want to leave the comfort of your living room, try visiting New York City in Fortnite Chapter 3.

We've barely scratched the surface of Fortnite Chapter 3, which ended Chapter 2 early, flipped the map, and added more new POIs than you could shake a Fishstick at. As with previous seasons, we're expecting another revamp for the upcoming Chapter 3 Season 2, but now, it seems it'll include a very different Tilted Towers.

Is New York City Coming To Fortnite?

In the back of Creative Mode, there's an asset to build skyscrapers. Better yet, this is a replica of the New York City skyline thanks to buildings similar to landmarks like the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, and One World Trade Centre.

The prefab might just be there to add a taste of America to your builds, but it's interesting to note the prefab comes under Tilted Towers. Putting the pieces together, it seems like a pretty major hint at what's to come.

It's no secret that Tilted Towers is set to make its return at some point in Chapter 3, and with Epic Games going with the mantra of bigger is better, we're expecting a very different Tilted Towers. Recreating a bustling New York - complete with skyscrapers - is definitely one way to do that.

Added to this, let's remember destructible skyscrapers were supposed to be included in a certain Fortnite rival. Although Battlefield 2042 seems to be gone before it even got to make its mark, skyscrapers and tornadoes were planned to be a big part of the title. Hmmm, isn't Fortnite getting tornadoes? Seeing a twister rip the roof off the Empire State Building would be one hell of a sight.

Why Would New York Come To Fortnite?

As you've probably noticed, Spider-Man has been a major addition to Fortnite Chapter 3. While we've had plenty of Marvel crossovers over the years, the wall-crawling hero was a much-hyped hero who was always MIA. Jump to Chapter 3 and Spidey is the poster boy of this new era.

The Daily Bugle POI is already a popular drop and is as close as we've got to skyscrapers for now. We've already seen the game cash in on the hype of Spider-Man: No Way Home with Peter and MJ skins, but we're guessing there's more web-slinging content on the way. Remembering Peter comes from NYC, it would be a great way to keep the character fresh.

Whatever is on the way, Creative Mode could've given us our first peek at what the brand-new Tilted Towers looks like. Taking a leaf out of Insomniac's book with Marvel's Spider-Man, it might not be long until we're zipping through the NYC skyline as Cuddle Team Leader, Guaco, or The Rock as The Foundation
