"Knight" fever, "knight" fever, we know how to do it. That song is sure to be in your head as you jump into Season 2 of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and what looks to be the party game's hardest level yet. While Season 1 had us swearing as Slime Climb, throwing tantrums at Tail Tag, and fumbling around Fall Mountain, these look like See Saw compared to the new level called Knight Fever.

Mediatonic is kicking things up a notch in Season 2 sand is overhauling its squishy arena with a whole host of Medieval content. More than just brave knights rescuing damsels in distress, there's a tonne of remodelled levels and brand new additions for you to throw your beans at. So, what will things look like when it's time to suit up in your best armour and hop on your trusty steed for Knight Fever?

According to IGN, Knight Fever is designed as an opening level, meaning 60 of those courageous beans will enter the arena. Around 75% will qualify, but by the looks of it, that will be the biggest hurdle to overcome. If you want to take on this gauntlet, there are some suitably hellish Medieval obstacles that have been pulled from a torture chamber.

Take a breath because this is what you'll have to make it through to qualify:

  • Two uphill ramps with rotating axes and holes in the floor
  • Two spinning logs that are covered in spikes
  • A downhill slime slide that's also dressed with rotating axes
  • Another hole-filled gauntlet that includes swinging logs covered in spikes
  • Three drawbridges that will open at various intervals
  • Voila, you're at the finish line

You're going to need skill, luck, and a lot of patience to make it through Knight Fever

For those hoping Mediatonic was going to ease us into Season 2, Knight Fever has apparently been designed as a “skill check” for crown-grabbing players. With so many obstacles to master, expect to have your bean yeeted off the course several times unless your timing is spot on. Thankfully, you won't be knocked into automatic relegation, but still, you'll need to keep your wits about you.

Alongside revamped favorites from Season 1, Knight Fever is expected to drop with the supersized Fall Guys Season 2 update on October 8. Will Knight Fever become a new favourite or do we have another Egg Scramble on our hands? Either way, This one is definitely putting the "evil" in Medieval.
