We've waited for a long time, we speculated and her finally here. Already announced to be a hero before we got Sigma, Echo joins Overwatch as a DPS hero. Her abilities are the following:

Tri-Shot (Primary Fire)
Fires 3 shots at once, in a triangle pattern.
Projectiles can cause headshot damage.

Duplicate (Ultimate)
Become a copy of the targeted enemy hero. They cannot swap heroes for the duration.
Duration: 15 seconds.
Ultimate charge rate for the hero you duplicate is drastically increased. Dying as a duplicate will turn you back into Echo.

Sticky Bombs (Secondary Fire)
Fire a volley of sticky bombs that detonate after a delay.
Currently fires 6 sticky bombs that cause damage on hit and applies a sort of damage over time effect.

Flight (1st Ability)
Fly forward quickly and then free-ly briefly.

Focusing Beam (2nd Ability)
Echo channels a beam for a few seconds, dealing very high damage to targets with less than half health.

She also possesses the ability to glide in the air in a way not unlike Mercy.
