Eating Doritos Can Earn You Double Vanguard XP
There have been a few cross-promotions between video games that seem incredibly fitting. Apex Legends’ crossover with Monster Energy in the UK right now makes perfect sense, and Mountain Dew’s unceasing love of the Halo series has made Master Chief the face of the special edition Game Fuel flavour.
But few are as popular as the upcoming collaboration that has been leaked on Twitter - and it’ll keep Call of Duty fans very happy.
New Doritos Promotion Gives You Double XP In Vanguard
A new promotional push for Call of Duty: Vanguard and the battle royale behemoth of Warzone has launched in the US, as evidenced by a photo on Twitter - it looks like the game has collaborated with Doritos, because of course it has.
The promotion shows off one of Warzone’s operators on the side of the pack, and promises that with every pack purchased you’ll be able to bag a period of double XP for both your battle pass and weapon XP.
This double XP is thought to be similar to the current in-game system, where you’ll be gifted tokens to claim at your leisure. Does this mean that Vanguard will use a similar system that carries over your existing double XP tokens?
Are The Vanguard Doritos Coming To The UK?
There’s no word on if this promotional Doritos will be coming to the UK, but if they don’t, we’re bound to get some kind of foodstuff alternative on our aisles. It was only this year that saw the peculiar collaboration of Warzone and Super Noodles, so chances are that something similar will be coming this year to commemorate the game’s launch.
Vanguard isn’t even out yet, and already the promotions are flooding in. It isn't just Doritos joining in the fun, thanks to Mountain Dew also running the same double XP promotion. Still though, who’d have thought that Doritos of all things would give us a hint as to how Vanguard will look?
