Some of you are taking your pixelated perversions to the next level, as an angry mob of Cyberpunk 2077 players are flooding the game's subreddit with inappropriate imagery. CD Projekt RED's sci-fi shooter has never been afraid to bare all, but we've seen a whole new side of it recently.

Cyberpunk 2077 was always a hotbed of adult content, and that's before we even got to the X-rated mods that have flooded it. Despite Cyberpunk 2077's PEGI 18 rating, its Reddit was still open to all. The social aggregation site wants to reclassify the Cyberpunk 2077 subreddit from its new NSFW rating, but you aren't happy.

As reported by Kotaku, you might what to be careful when scrolling on the Cyberpunk 2077 subreddit. While it was once a place where you could share wholesome stories, Easter eggs, and your hype for the upcoming Phantom Liberty DLC, it's since been locked down as an 18+ subreddit as a middle finger to Reddit.

Reddit is in hot water recently, and following the recent blackout on June 12, Redditors are coming up with ingenious ways to damage the site. NSFW threads allow you to post more mature content but also block ads - therefore hitting Reddit in the pocket.

Cyberpunk 2077 players have played Reddit at its own game, replacing the feed with some very adult content. A post from moderator u/Tabnam explains how r/cyberpunkgame has been marked with an NSFW lock because of its 18+ rating. They said it should've always been the case, but no one at Reddit ever checked.

"The infamous Mod Code of Conduct messaged us, demanding we switch back, because '[Your users are] likely confused by all the NSFW content you've been seeing'. They didn’t allow us to reply, so we couldn't explain that this is a subreddit for an 18+ game nor has any of our content changed," said Tabnam.

The Cyberpunk 2077 subreddit is currently packed with genitals, pulled directly from the game or created as raunchy fan art. "Until we change it back we're in violation of Reddit's sitewide rules, says Tabnam. "We're not going to change it back because this is a sexually explicit game, and also f**k them."

Unfortunately, the mods have had to step in and ask Cyberpunk fans to not post outfight porn. Cyberpunk 2077 is a game aimed at adults, so its NSFW label can just about fly. However, others like r/MildlyInteresting and r/TIHI (Thanks I Hate It) tried it and felt the wrath of the orange giant.

Speaking to The Verge, Reddit spokesperson Tim Rathschmidt said, "Moderators incorrectly marking a community as NSFW is a violation of both our Content Policy and Moderator Code of Conduct." The war with Reddit continues, but in the meantime, you know where to go to get your 'blue' Cyberpunk fix.
