Apex Legends Leaks Reveal Two New Loba Skins
As we get to grips with Season 10 of Apex Legends, Loba Andrade is ready for a makeover. While we can't wait to see what's on the way with this year's Halloween spooktacular, it looks like Loba's latest outfit change has been leaked ahead of time.
Once the ghouls of All Hallows Eve have been banished, we're expecting to jump straight into Season 11 on November 3. It's here that Loba is rumoured to get her new look, with the Translocating Thief tipped for a military makeover that's fitting with her fan-favourite status.
What is the new Loba skin in Apex Legends?
As shared by noted dataminer Shrugtal, the Loba Quartermaster skin gives her a winter look that's the opposite of her usual white pantsuit. We should point out that name are subject to change, but either way, we've got to agree the Quartermaster skin makes Loba look like she's been pulled from a James Bond movie. It's all part of the latest Legend Edition DLC packs.
There are numerous packs on the market, with each including a Legendary Legend skin, Legendary weapon skin, Epic weapon charm or banner frame, Legendary badge, and 1000 Apex Coins. Importantly, Loba is the first post-Wild Frontier Legend to get her own Legend Edition. Well, we think it's about time.
Previous editions have turned Bloodhound into a devilish hunter, made Mirage a futuristic cowboy, and transformed Lifeline into a guardian angel. A whole new Loba is sure to be a hit among the game's growing fanbase.
Are there more Loba skins on the way?
The idea of a Legend Edition Loba is all well and good, but that's not all Repsawn has tucked away in terms of giving her a new outfit to step out in. Continuing all things Loba, it looks like she's also cashing in on the horror of Halloween.
Although the final release of Season 10's Monsters skins are yet to be finalised, Loba will also be dug up for the Halloween event. Monsters is due to kick off on October 12 and will be quickly followed by new map teasers on October 14, more teasers on October 18, and the Halloween event finally making its debut on October 26 - with the much-hyped title of Shadow Royale.
Twitter account @GarrettLeaks gave us a glimpse at Monsters Loba, which gives her a look that wouldn't look out of place in Haunted Mansion. Since Loba's introduction in Season 5, there have been criticisms she's missed the boat in terms of Legendary skins. Given that the Quartermaster reskin is such a dramatic departure to her usual aesthetic, it's sure to be a big talking point when it jumps off the dropship in Season 11.
