Among Us Is Getting A Physical Collectors Edition
Among Us utterly dominated the viral gaming space in 2020, bringing with it some nail-biting tense gameplay, as well as immediately adding “sus” to the public lexicon. The game truly took the gaming world by storm and became a cultural phenomenon. It’s a great surprise, then, that the game hadn’t been released in physical form. Well, it looks like that’s about to change, as a limited edition physical release of the game is on the way, and it looks brilliant.
What Is The Among Us Collectors Edition?
Thanks to Limited Run Games, the company that brought us limited physical editions of Untitled Goose Game and Star Wars: Republic Commando on the Nintendo Switch, an Among Us Collector’s Edition could soon be in our hands. The company have revealed the huge package that will soon be available to preorder, packed with Among Us goodies.
The pack includes:
- A working Emergency Meeting button, that plays the emergency sound from the game
- A huge collector’s box, designed to show off the Emergency Button
- A physical disk featuring ambient music from the game, in its own jewelcase
- An official G2 blu-ray sized steelbook case, featuring a disk with concept art and interviews
- A reversible 18”-24” poster
- Download codes for the game, on both Steam and the Epic Store
The package looks brilliant, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.

The physical version of Among Us will be going up for preorder on the Limited Run website on May 11th, 10 AM (EST) / 2 PM (GMT). It’s an open preorder, meaning it’s unlikely the version of the game will run out of stock and will last for six weeks. You’ve got a short window to grab your copy, so grab it quick!
It’s a surprise that the game has gone so long without a physical release given its hold on gaming culture last year, but we’re glad an option to have it finally on our shelves has come about. We’ll take twenty, please.
