Click to enlargeThe True King of all Calamities can be unpacked in any of the Master Packs and the Cyber City Guardians secret pack which contains the Virtual World archetype cards. As an UR card, it can also be generated using YuGiOh Master Duel crafting, for a total of 30 ultra rare crafting points. Once you have the card, it's best utilised with a Virtual World deck, and is especially useful if you can throw in some True Draco and True King cards.
The True King of All Calamities is also an extra deck card, so it will require Xyz special summoning during a game to be placed on the board. It takes at least two level 9 monsters to summon, so it can be a heavy hit, but well worth it if you know how to use the card well. Its effect let you detach one material and declare one attribute each turn, which also turns all face-up monsters on the field into that attribute. This also means any monsters with that attribute owned by your opponent, cannot use their special effects or attack. Lastly, you can choose certain cards from your enemies field.

If you can special summon this card and activate its effects, it's almost a sure win for you unless the enemy has enough experience to counter it. Once it's on the board though, you'll likely be able to end the game within a couple of turns, as you deny your enemy attacks and have the chance to chip away at them.
