The Witcher 3 next-gen update is expected to launch later this week on December 14th and will be completely free for all owners of the game. Additionally, it will be pushed as an update, meaning you won’t need to download another version of the game. However, this may not be the case on PlayStation 5, which is notorious for having two versions of cross-gen titles.
