The Sims is, of course, notable for its countless expansions, mods, and game-altering cheats, and these latest kits coming to the game are the result of a community vote by the Simmers and for the Simmers.

When are the Castle Estate and Goth Galore kits released in The Sims 4?

The Castle Estate and Goth Galore kits will be released for The Sims 4 on January 18, 2024, and players can expect to use them on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One systems.

When it came to the community vote, players were allowed the choice between Rainbow Core Style and Goth Fashion for the Fashion Kit, and Medieval Castle (as above) or High-Tec Futurism for the Build Kit, with Goth Fashion and Medieval Castle coming out on top.

What to expect from the Castle Estate and Goth Galore kits

The Goth Galore kit is a fashion kit for The Sims 4 that allows players to deck their Sims out in black and distressed outfits, accessories, and embellishments (as below). It’s no surprise that some fresh goth looks are coming to The Sims 4. After all, what’s The Sims without the goths?
