The Sims 4 Height Slider Mod
The Sims 4 height slider mod gives you total freedom to adjust the height of your sims. Whilst this may not seem revolutionary, sims in The Sims 4 are all the same height depending on their life stage, meaning that it's difficult to distinguish different ages for children and teens. How To Install Mods In The Sims 4

To get a downloaded mod to your sims game, copy the download (extract or unzip if necessary), then paste the mod in the following folder.
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
Be careful of unsafe download links and be wary of the fact mods are not supported by Maxis and may affect gameplay.

The height slider mod was created by Godjul1 and can be accessed on their page on Mod the Sims.
The mod introduces a new slider in create-a-sim, which can be extended or shortened to adjust the height of your sims. Ages will be more distinguished with this mod, along with differentiation between sims.
Some animations and interactions between sims (such as kissing) will be affected by the mod, however, with sims sometimes stretching at odd angles. These are minor cosmetic changes, however, and shouldn't affect gameplay too much. The sims portraits will also adjust to their height, if they are taller or smaller than average, then their face may be out of the profile shot.
To adjust the height in create-a-sim, drag the feet out. The larger you make the feet, the taller your sim will be and vice versa.
