Click to enlargeThankfully, players won't have to wait long. The Pokemon UNITE Goodra release date is Thursday, 16 March 2023, as confirmed on the Pokemon UNITE Twitter page earlier in the month.
Goodra's mentioned role as a Melee Defender is no surprise, given the Kalos-born Dragon's naturally high Sp. Def stats which already make it easy to think of as a tank.
As of right now, we still don't have an exact insight into its moveset. However, when considering its abilities like the opposing Speed stat-slowing Gooey - along with its high stats - Goodra is likely to be a support tank that aims to get up close and personal whilst delivering moves that keep enemies from getting past.
What about other new characters? Well, the Transport Pokemon, Lapras, will be joining the game as well. Although, the Pokemon UNITE Lapras release date is a little later than Goodra's.
