Here's how long it would take to beat Persona 4 Golden

Along with being one of gaming's most beloved JRPGs, the length of Persona 4 Golden truly lives up to its genre, taking at least dozens of hours to beat.

For all manner of RGG players out there, let's get into the exact length guide on how long it takes to beat the game. 

How long is the game?

Persona 4 Golden's length will have you take at least around 69 hours to beat the game. That's if you breeze through the story as much as possible. Like many other massive RPGs, this will also depend on how much time you invest into side activities and collect-a-thons. 

There is a lot of skippable content; side quests, Social Links, stat-boosting activities, and optional boss fights; that will pad your runtime up to at least 80 to 85 hours.

However, whilst this type of additional content could definitely be skimmed over in other games, completing the side quests and Social Links can be crucial to getting the true ending - so it would be wise to invest the extra time. 

On the other hand, for you completionists out there who want to get all the trophies and achievements, it will take even longer to complete.

For larger tasks like completing the Persona Compendium, beating the Reaper, or even defeating Margaret - beating Persona 4 Golden will take you beyond the 100-hour mark.

At most, it can take you 120 to 140 hours.
