If you’ve managed to fish up a Silver Salmon in the game, then you may also get lucky and find a Golden Salmon in the same area. This fish can be found in the river running across Kilima Village. If you fish off of the dock in the village, you have the best chance of getting a Golden Salmon.

In order to get this particular fish, you can fish from sunrise to sunset and you’ll be able to get your hands on it.

To be able to catch this fish, you need to make sure that you're using a worm as bait. Without this, you won’t be able to catch the fish, and you’ll only get fish from pools that don’t require the worm. To be able to use worms, you need to have the Worm Farm recipe unlocked.

If you don’t already have the Worm Farm recipe, you can unlock it from Einar at the Fishing Store for 500 Gold. Anyone with a fishing level lower than level 4 will not be able to obtain the recipe.

To craft the recipe, you will need 12 Sapwood Planks, eight Stone Bricks, four Copper Bars and one Leather.

That’s everything you need to know about catching a Golden Salmon in Palia.
