You may want to know what Lost Ark Yoz's Jar is, as it's one of the newest items that's been added to the game after the reveal of the June and July roadmap. Lost Ark continues to grow and evolve every month, as new content is added to the game that ranges from new dungeons and raids, to cosmetics and equipment. So if you need to know what functions Lost Ark Yoz's Jar servers and how you can get one, read on.

What Is Lost Ark Yoz's Jar?

Yoz's Jar is a brand-new consumable item that's set to arrive in the in-game store very soon, after being revealed in the new June and July roadmap on the official Lost Ark blog. The item introduces a bunch of new Epic and Legendary skins to the game, and serves a specific function for letting players change their cosmetics.

Essentially, if you have a skin that you don't like or wear, you will be able to break it down in your inventory to make Cloth. You can combine the Cloth with Yoz's Jar to roll a different skin from a determined list, which range in rarity, allowing you to gain Legendary and Epic skins with powerful benefits. This is essentially a loot box mechanic with the buy-in being a skin you already own, and we'd expect it to be quite rare to get the skins you want, especially if they are in the higher tiers of rarity.

The inclusion of Yoz's Jar also adds a new way to wear different skins. If you get a skin with better bonuses than the one you currently use, you can now overlay the skin you want to wear over the skin with the stats you are using. This gives players a bit more control over their look and aesthetic without sacrificing the stat bonuses of better cosmetic options.

We don't have a concrete release date for the item yet, but we know it's set to be added to the game with the June update, meaning it will come sometime this month.

That's all for our breakdown of the Lost Ark Yoz's Jar item, and now you know what function it will serve once it's been added to the game.

We also have a primer on how to enable the Lost Ark Selfie Mode for players to take pictures of their adventures.
