The new League of Legends patch 13.11 is here, and we've got all the patch notes. It's a very sizable patch, with a midscope rework for Rell and many more balance changes across the board. Let's take a look at everything that's changing in the League of Legends patch 13.11 notes.

League of Legends patch 13.11: Patch highlights

As we mentioned, Rell is getting a midscope rework in this patch. That means all of her abilities, except her ultimate, have been adjusted.

New DRX skins are finally landing on the rift after a long wait. DRX are the reigning champions from last year's League of Legends World Championship, and skins reflecting their best champions are arriving in the game.

Lots of balance changes have been introduced to the game too, including buffs for junglers and nerfs for Aphelios and Jinx.

Buff Sharing

Buff Wisps: When a Jungler kills Red Brambleback or the Blue Sentinel while their Smite is
fully upgraded, they will still receive the camp’s buff, but in addition a Buff Wisp will be
dropped at the camp’s spawn point. An ally can pick it up by walking within the Wisp’s radius
within 1 minute of the camp dying before it disappears. Note: You do not need to Smite the
camp at any time in order for the Buff Wisp to drop, but Smite MUST be fully upgraded.

But I’m Not the Jungler: If a player that is not the Jungler kills the Red Brambleback or the
Blue Sentinel BUT the Jungler’s Smite is fully upgraded, then a Buff Wisp will still drop, but it
will only be visible to the allied Jungler. It will still only remain for 1 minute.
