The best way to do this is by gifting Hello Kitty lots of items and completing her quests. Make sure you do as many of her quests as you can, and keep lots of fruit and baked goods to give her as this will help a lot.

Her favourite gifts include Red Bow Apple Pies, Strawberry Shortcakes and Mama’s Apple Pie. These baked treats are a great way to boost your friendship level with Hello Kitty and unlock the Recycling Plant.
