The task with the Dawn of Ragnarok Fidsthorp puzzle is to align the light beams. To start, you'll want to climb up the front of the house onto the balcony and enter the house, where you will see the first adjustable light beam. Rather than aiming it to the orb that sits on the balcony, aim it above the door that should be right in front of you. This will open a small room which contains a loot chests, but more importantly an orb. Pick this up and place it down anywhere outside of the small room.

Now you can realign the beam to hit the orb on the balcony, which will in turn, strike a third. Go outside, and shoot the metal panes surrounding the third orb, until it reflects its light from the ruins to a beam above the front door. Enter the front door then pick up the Dwarven Blacksmith Bracers from another loot chest.

  • If you need a break from this expansion, you can find out how to leave and come back to Svartalfheim in our guide on how to start Dawn of Ragnarok.

Now you want to shoot the metal panes again until the beam goes around the side and back inside the building. Return to the balcony level, where inside you will see some floor panels which can be destroyed.

Once destroyed drop down to that level with the Orb you left. There will be an adjustable receptor where you can place the Orb. This will allow the beam to exit out the next window, but you will still have to slightly align it to hit the orb directly outside.

Once this is aligned the beam will shoot down to another orb, which will reflect the beam back towards the building once more. Go outside to the last orb and align it with the receptor above the back door. This will open up the rear entrance and mark the completion of the Dawn of Ragnarok Fidsthorp puzzle. Enter the back room where you will be able to collect a book of knowledge for the additional ability Knockback Arrows.

That's everything you need to know about the Dawn of Ragnarok Fidsthorp puzzle. You can use this ability whilst learning how to win the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Dawn of Ragnarok Eysa boss fight.
