Learning how to eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage is vital for learning information during missions, so you can get closer to tracking down your assassination targets throughout Baghdad.

Assassin's Creed has gone through some changes over the years, but with Mirage, the classic formula found in the Ezio trilogy and the original has returned. Although, there are still some new gameplay changes like Tokens, and new collectibles like Mysterious Shards.

The mission structure of the original title is one of the biggest returning features in the game, with you tracking down your targets by taking part in smaller espionage and recon missions. So, if you want to know how to eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage, read on below.

To eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage, you will need to find a conversation that can be listened in on first. These are typically only found in missions, and are denoted by an orange sound wave icon above two speaking characters; they'll also glow orange in eagle vision.

Once you have found a conversation that can be eavesdropped on, you'll need to locate a nearby hiding spot. These can be bales of hay, benches, or crowds of four or more NPCs - you just need to ensure you're hidden in sight.

After locating a spot, you can eavesdrop on Assassin's Creed Mirage, by pressing the right thumbstick in on the controller, and the middle mouse button on the mouse and keyboard.

This will cause the camera to zoom in and you to listen in on the full conversation and typically furthers an objective in the mission you are playing.

Guards will also begin moving around and resume their patrol patterns once you have listened in on their conversation, so be ready to move on quickly.

That's all for our breakdown of how to eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage, and now you know the system works in the game.
