Assassin's Creed Mirage has taken us back to the roots of the AC franchise, but does the game feature any kind of New Game Plus?
Some games allow you to start a fresh playthrough while retaining the same character and some of your progress through New Game Plus. So is this feature in Assassin's Creed Mirage? We've got the answer, so keep reading.
Does Assassin's Creed Mirage have New Game Plus?
In short, no - the game doesn't have New Game Plus. At the moment, there's no way to start Assassin's Creed Mirage over unless you start a completely new save.
Upon finishing the main story of Assassin's Creed Mirage, the game spits you back out into the open world shortly before the events of the final mission. From here, you're able to tie up any loose ends like side quests of collectibles you may have missed.
So, if you've beaten the game and you want to continue on the same playthrough, you won't be able to restart unless you start from scratch on a new one.
Even though it seems like NG+ could be a standard feature in AC games, it actually never was. Even in huge RPG games like Assassin's Creed Valhalla we couldn't enter into a New Game Plus mode. Seems like a bit of a missed opportunity.

Are there any plans to add New Game Plus to Assassin's Creed Mirage?
Currently, we aren't aware of any plans to add a New Game Plus mode to Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Fans asked for NG+ in previous titles like AC Valhalla and it wasn't added, so it's unlikely AC Mirage will get one - especially as Mirage is a much shorter game in general.
If we learn of any announcements regarding New Game Plus in the game, we'll be sure to update this article with any new information.
