Conduit is coming to Apex Legends in the Season 19 patch and the Shield Healer's supportive kit will be immensely useful to any squad, especially when it comes to enabling hard-carry competitors.

Her kit is centred around staying close to teammates and keeping them topped off with temporary shields in gunfights, which also automatically apply to her. If that wasn't enough, her disruptive barricade Ultimate can completely divide a gunfight and cut off any foes from trying to escape.

Of course, you'll need to know the best weapons for Conduit, her abilities, and her lore if you truly want to become the best Shield Healer in the Outlands.

So, let's check out everything you need to know to master Conduit in this ultimate guide for the Legend.

Conduit will be released in Apex Legends on October 31, 2023, alongside the Season 19 update. You'll be able to purchase her for the typical 12,000 Legend Tokens or 750 Apex Coins.

Here are all of Conduit's abilities that she has access to while skirmishing in the Outlands:

  • Passive: Savior's Speed

Savior's Speed gives Conduit a burst of movement speed when sprinting towards her teammates who are outside of her Tactical range. This gives her the ability to stay close to her allies, even if she decides to wander off out of range for a little while.

  • Tactical: Radiant Transfer

Radiant Transfer allows Conduit to blast an ally with energy, regenerating temporary shields for them when in danger. It's worth noting that whenever she uses this on an ally, it automatically applies to herself as well. Also, this has a 21-second cooldown.

  • Ultimate: Energy Barricade

Energy Barricade causes Conduit to launch an array of shield jammers which damage and slow enemies who pass through them. These jammers effectively form a dangerous barrier, but the devices can be shot by foes to make a path through the barrier.

The barricade deals 10 per second to any enemies who step inside it and lasts for a total of 60 seconds on the ground.

Best weapons to use with Conduit in Apex Legends

As always, weapon choice comes down to preference in Apex Legends and considering Conduit's kit is supportive, there's no specific gun that works in conjunction with her abilities.

The best bet is just to simply use meta weapons wherever possible to maximise your chances of winning. There are always guns that stand above the rest, and quickly become the go-to picks for the majority of players.

One thing to note is her Passive Savior's Speed, which gives you movement speed towards allies who are too far away from you. Having an SMG on hand would be brilliant in conjunction with this ability, as it means if a teammate goes too deep into a skirmish or is separated, you can close the distance and go for an aggressive play.

Check out a list of Conduit's best weapons below:

  • CAR SMG
  • R99
  • Peacekeeper
  • Wingman (Care Package)
  • Nemesis
  • Volt

These are just a few suggestions, but just make sure you're comfortable with the weapon you're using, as that's the most important factor.

Apex Legends Conduit lore

When Conduit was younger, she and her family were saved by Titans which gave them a chance to grow up happy in a peaceful neighbourhood. However, after seeing those around her go to fight and get her hurt, she decided to take a stand herself.

Visiting the site of the old battlefield from her youth, Conduit scavenged a battery from a modified Monarch Titan mech. This is the source of her power and abilities but comes at a major cost as the battery is extremely radioactive and actually poisoning her.

Now she's part of the Apex games and despite being in a dangerous situation, she's ready to prove herself in the Outlands.

So, that's everything you need to know about Conduit in Apex Legends Season 19. Now you're fully caught up on the Shield Healer's kit, why not check out what we know about the next Heirloom coming to the Outlands?
