What a save! Wait, that's not a ball, it's an RPG!! Damn.

Call of Duty: Warzone is getting quite crazy in its final season, but nobody expected it to turn into Rocket League.

Raul Menedez's arrival has shaken up the canon to some form of Multiverse of Madness, however, not even Marvel would have envisioned rocket-powered cars flying through the skies of Fortune's Keep. Alas, here we are.

Warzone Season 5 Is Now... Rocket League?

Having left this detail out of the Warzone Season 5 patch notes, Raven Software has added a rocket boost to the Fortune's Keep mounted rover, allowing it to scale rocks and uneven terrain.

Much akin to vehicles in Apex Legends and Fortnite, the boost allows for a shift in speed and power that propels you over objects that it normally wouldn't be able to drive over, However, it appears that someone on the dev team has been a little bit too heavy-handed on the nitro boost button, and has turned the vehicles into something straight out of Rocket League.

One player has found a ramp on the shores of Fortune's Keep that allows you to be launched into the sky, and the results are quite hilarious.

Reddit user Ballen101 even managed to get a kill with the supersonic acrobatic rocket-powered battle-car, landing bonnet-first on an opponent, sending them back to the loading screen with a cracked spine.

"I would uninstall the game if I saw that on my kill cam," claimed one fan. Others pointed out that the addition comes just before the World Series of Warzone event, hopeful to see a professional pull this sort of stunt off in the Solo Yolo heats.

Whether you're quite the fanatic at air-dribbled and flip resets, or have never touched Rocket League in your life, there's something quite entertaining about hurtling two tonnes of metal at players from the sky.
