Underrated Battle Rifle melts foes with top-tier Warzone TTK
It often feels like in Warzone that if a weapon isn't at the very top of the meta or popularity charts, a lot of players just aren't interested in using it.
This means countless great guns get tossed to the wayside and forgotten about, but taking the time to test these underrated picks is well worth it.
One Battle Rifle in particular shone at MW3's release in Warzone, but after a set of nerfs, fell out of the spotlight and has been largely ignored ever since.
However, WhosImmortal believes the gun can be a meta contender thanks to its "statistically" brilliant time-to-kill.

The BAS-B was a monster at MW3's launch in multiplayer and Battle Royale, but a set of changes pushed the weapon back in the rankings.
Since then, it's been sat in the middle of the pack limbo, with very few competitors giving it a shot. Well, it turns out the gun is still a menace in mid to long-range skirmishes due to its powerful TTK.
With the Bruen Heavy Grip and VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor equipped, its recoil is minimal. This paired with the rifle's trademark firepower and the Bruen Venom Long Barrel makes for a lethal combo.
The CORIO Eagleseye 2.5x rounds off the build as it's the perfect scope for lasering foes and allows you to get those crucial headshot multipliers.
How popular is the BAS-B in Warzone?
Click to enlargeAccording to WZStats, the BAS-B has a 1.1% pick rate as we approach Season 3. While not horrendously low, it's nowhere near what the weapon deserves based on its performance and stats in-game.
The next patch will be interesting, as if some of the OPs get nerfed like the Bruen MK9 and SOA Subverter, there could be room for the BAS-B to start contesting.
