Movie tie-ins have had a bit of a turbulent history. There might be some absolute gems like Toy Story and Enter The Matrix, but for the most part, they end up relegated to bargain bin fodder in no more than a few years. Their reputation isn’t exactly a spotless one, especially when you consider that they’ve had to shoulder the burdens of E.T: The Extra-Terrestrial.

But, it looks like one games company could be looking to bring a classic IP to the world of video games, and if you ask us, it’s pretty fitting.

Men In Black Game Rumoured To Be Coming To PlayStation

According to a leak from notorious gaming insider Okami Games, a brand-new game based on the Men In Black series of films is on its way to PlayStation. The game is set to be produced by Bend Studio, the team behind Days Gone and Uncharted: Golden Abyss.

The image comes from EB Games, which seems to have listed the game by accident and showing off some box art that could yet prove to be a placeholder. Excitingly, though, the box art is for the PS5, so we know that if the game is coming, it will be next-gen.

But, as tension ramps up around PlayStation releases, when can we expect to be able to get our hands on this game?

When Could The Men In Black Game Be Announced?

Often when games are discovered buried in online stores, it’s not long until they’re officially announced, so we should expect an announcement soon if this leak is to be trusted - but, with the PlayStation Showcase conference taking place tonight and the game suggested to be a PS exclusive - could we see the game get an announcement as soon as tonight?

Only time will tell, but it’s actually not that unlikely. Fingers crossed this leak comes to be true, and if it isn’t - would you look here, please?
