Treyarch has continued their typical form in Black Ops Cold War by ramping up some exciting Call of Duty Zombies content. The dark aether story has allowed us to visit Samantha Maxis' adult ages and face all types of colossal undead beasts.

After focusing on Outbreak since the release of Firebase Z, Treyarch has now promised fans that their next round-based Zombies map will be coming in Season 4. Based after the events of Outbreak's main quests, the Season 4 Zombies map could also see an introduction of a new wonder weapon too.

But few details have been spared about what's to come. What will be the Season 4 Zombies map? Where will the Season 4 Zombies map be set? We're here to try and answer your questions.

Season 4 Zombies Ural Mountains Map?

Following the demolition of Orda in Firebase Z, a cutscene emerges between Samantha Maxis and Sergei Ravenov (a part of the Omega Group and informant for Requiem), in which Maxis asks whether the militant is joining her on the exfil to Weaver's headquarters. However, Ravenov declines, saying: "There's an operation underway in the Ural Mountains. I have to stay in the field."

The two departed with a flirty smile, but this line indicates that we are heading to the Ural Mountains at one point or another in the storyline.

Treyarch's latest patch notes state, "The team has been working on this next map since before the release of “Firebase Z,” and we want to make it the best experience it can possibly be before it’s finally in your hands." Together with the remarks from Ravenov placed by Treyarch, the Ural Mountains map may come sooner than expected and could land in Black Ops Season 4.

All evidence points towards a new map, meaning it is more than likely that we will get a new Ural Mountains Zombies map in Season 4.

New Dead Ops Zombies Map: Silverback Sideways

If you've got any spare quarters, Dead Ops Arcade 3 will allow you to enjoy a brand new map in Season 4, named Silverback Sideways. The bonus map includes everything that Dead Ops has experimented with in the past, and weighs a large onus on slaying that damned gorilla that beats his chest at your expense. Maybe a monkey-see-monkey-do tactic may help you here, distracting the ape with an exploding cymbal-crashing monkey bomb.

New Onslaught Zombies Map: Standoff

As the Black Ops 2 masterpiece that is Standoff was remastered for the Season3 Reloaded updated, the map has now been added to Onslaught too. Taking the total Onslaught Zombies maps to 18, Satdnoff will come with many areas to fend off the undead hordes, notably in the green window in the building adjacent to the barn and gas station.

Black Ops Cold War Season 4 is expected to kick off on June 16.
