100 Thieves might not be to everyone's taste right now, amid mass staff layoffs and a step-down in team jersey designs from other years, but they're all still gamers.

At its heart, Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag just wants to play competitive Call of Duty. Which is a shame, considering it doesn't exist yet.

After years of competing as a professional player, Nadeshot's itch to play in a fast-and-furious playlist has never waivered, and now, he's beginning to voice the thoughts of the comp community whose itch is going equally un-scratched.

Nadeshot Calls On Devs To Add Warzone 2 Ranked

With Warzone 2 struggling for viewership in its current state, Nade has called on the Devs to give them something to play for, before questioning why every other game has a ranked mode.

"How is it that Call of Duty is the only game in 2023 without Ranked Play? Can someone explain that to me?" asked Nadeshot.

"It's a great game. There's not a video game title that you can play with a controller that is as fluid as Call of Duty, and as fun as Call of Duty, and all they need to do is give us some f***ing ranked play and the game would be f***ing goated," he continued.

Is Ranked Play Coming To Warzone 2?

Ranked play is the one thing that Warzone has never had. In comparison to other games like Fortnite and Apex Legends, which thrive on the ranked experience, Warzone's lack of competitive playlists has been one of the biggest faulters in retaining player attention.

Yet the developers have previously acknowledged this notion, and it was heavily rumoured that a ranked mode was going to come with Warzone 2's launch. Now, it appears this has since been pushed under the carpet along with the Modern Warfare 2 ranked playlist, which has been covered up by the whimsical CDL Moshpit.

Ranked play ultimately remains a mystery. It's always talked about but never with any solid basis, so it might be a while before NAdeshot and his fellow CoD streamers can team up to get some just rewards for their sweaty efforts.
