Someone get Arnold Schwarzenegger on the phone because it sounds like a cold snap is coming to Metropolis. If you have the speedy fingers of Barry Allen, chances are you might've polished off the main story of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and are eagerly anticipating what comes next.

Rocksteady Studios has broken from tradition, and while its previous Arkham games have boasted post-launch content, it pales in comparison to a beefy roadmap for this live service outing. Players are already dreaming up their own perfect DLC wishlist, but now, it looks like Rocksteady itself has spoiled the surprise early.

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains spoilers for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League says, "Ice to meet you"

We know an Elseworlds version of the Joker is first on the roster and joining Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on March 24, but now, it seems a glitch has spoiled who'll be next up on the DLC recruitment drive. Leaker Miller Ross already claimed Victoria Fries would be second, so cue the ice puns.

As pointed out by redditor u/ZeronityPlays there's an odd bit of dialogue where Brainiac says, "I didn't expect you to be the weak link in this chain, Freeze." In the thread, fans speculate that because Victoria Fries would be an Elseworlds variant of Mr Freeze, she's likely used the same character model as Harley and confused the game's AI.

It'll be great to have some more womanpower on the team, and with Mr Freeze appearing prominently in the previous Arkhamverse games, it's refreshing to see the devs mixing things up. Obviously, a gender-flipped (Mrs) Freeze isn't confirmed yet, but don't be too surprised when she skates her way into the game.

Who else is on the DLC list?

There's a post-game tease of who's next on the Task Force X roster, and aside from Fries, it looks like Season 3 will be tackling Deadshot's daughter, Zoe Lawton. The fourth looks like the iconic Slade Wilson/Deathstroke, and as a popular member of the team in the comics, we'd always expected him to be just over the horizon.

This is sure to just be the tip of the iceberg (pardon the pun), with others like Killer Croc and Katana also being thrown in the mix. Suicide Squad has recruited everyone from Killer Frost to Bronze Tiger, Plastique to Wildcat over the years, so Amanda Waller's contact book means the world is our oyster.

We personally don't see Black Adam suiting up, but with Black Manta and Peacemaker teased by graffiti, look out for this pair at some point in the distant future. This is just the start of Kill the Justice League's roadmap, and hoping it can outlast Marvel's Avengers, we could have many years of expendable antiheroes to come.
