Epic has raised the bar again in the world of cosmetics, with a truly marvellous range of skins in Chapter 2 - Season 4. The collaboration with the Marvel Universe has continued, with multiple Avengers taking over Retail Row and Slurpy Swamp.

So far we have seen Iron Man, Thor, Wolverine, She-Hulk, Storm, Mystique, Groot, and Doctor Doom become available, with Groot's Guardian of the Galaxy companion Rocket Racoon featuring as a pet-like emote. Most recently, Silver Surfer was added to the store, as the first non-battle pass Marvel Skin of this season.

However, as Chapter Two - Season Four rolls on, it doesn't look like Epic are going to stop there. Dataminer HypeX has leaked four more skins will be coming to the popular battle-royale, with a Fortnite Black Panther skin becoming available in the future, alongside Hulk, Ant-Man and Captain Marvel.

Each of the new Marvel superheroes is set to come with their own ability too.

New leaks point to more Marvel characters

Black Panther

Following the passing of the Black Panther actor, Chadwick Boseman, on August 28, the abilities and sounds of the Superhero were found in the files on the same day, according to the dataminer. The abilities have allegedly been listed as "Kinetic Absorption" and "Whirlwind Blast", later to be found that they will work in tandem.

By having the ability to block 50% of incoming damage, the Fortnite Black Panther skin will absorb the blocked damage an unleash a blast that will cause damage to nearby enemies and structures.

Captain Marvel or Crystal

A character beginning with C was found within the files, which was originally rumoured to be Captain Marvel. However, after some digging from Twitter user Nogzey, it appears that it may be Crystal, a prominent character in the comics of the Marvel universe.

HypeX stated "Upcoming Fireball ability from a character that their name starts with C" which led to the theory that the wielder of fire and water will be coming to Fortnite, rather than the leader of the pack.

Hulk

The legendary Marvel brute is set to be ripping through Doom's Domain, with his signature moves. Found to have two abilities, "JumpSmash" and "Fist", he sounds like a character that you would not like to mess with.

Whether he will appear as Rober Bruce Banner, akin to how She-Hulk is Jennifer Walters in Fortnite, is yet to be known, but either way, Hulk is set to smash his way to your screens.

Ant-Man

Less has been uncovered about Ant-Man, although HypeX has uncovered a related string that hints at his arrival. Set to be on a landmark near Holly Hedges, 'Ant Manor' (or Mansion de Ant-Man in Spanish, as found in the files), is set to be a new location, hinting that the new superhero will be transforming his way through Fortnite's battle royale too.
