Season 21 of Apex Legends is just around the corner, and as we creep closer to launch, the hype is starting to build.

While teasers have more or less confirmed that the new Legend Alter is coming in the next major patch, the community is curious about what other new content is on the cards.

At first, we assumed that Olympus was going to receive a rework, as the map appeared in the sky with a green portal for the first teaser.

However, based on new information from leakers and new teasers, it's surfaced that Broken Moon may be the location being hit with an update.

Broken Moon map update reportedly coming Apex Legends Season 21

Apex Legends has released the final teaser for Season 21 and it involves the giant portal in the sky that contained a version of Olympus (presumably not ours) exploding into pieces.

Don't worry, Olympus isn't going anywhere, because as previously mentioned, the version of Olympus that showed up in the sky wasn't ours - at least that's the theory.

According to reliable data miner and leaker HYPERMYST, the teasers are actually a hint for a Broken Moon map rework coming in Season 21.

For now, it's a mystery about which parts of Broken Moon are going to be changed, but based on previous reworks, huge portions of the map are going to be different.

Expect new rotation pathways and potentially even completely fresh POIs with extra elements of verticality and more vantage points.

It was only a matter of time before Broken Moon got a makeover, so let's hope the devs can knock it out of the park and make it fan-favourite alongside Storm Point.
