Apex Legends' competitive scene never fails to deliver when it comes to the action and Year 3 was particularly special.

From players landing 360 no scopes with the Kraber to TSM taking home the Championship, it was a truly brilliant set of events for the ALGS.

Now Year 4 is upon us, EA is looking to take the teams and the competition to the next level. One way it's doing this is by incorporating 12 teams into the Partnership Programme.

ALGS 2024 will feature 12 partnered teams

Apex Legends and EA have announced that 12 teams will feature in the Partnership Programme in Year 4 of the ALGS.

Each of these teams will receive a financial stipend to support them throughout the year and give them the resources to take their skills to the next level.

The partners will also be provided with additional media and content opportunities, as well as the potential to have a booth at events. This means the potential to sell merchandise and grow their fanbases even more.

Teams included in the programme are Alliance, DarkZero, Disguised, FaZe, Fnatic, FURIA, LG Chivas, Moist Esports, Optic Gaming, Riddle, TSM, and XSET.

Why were these Apex Legends teams chosen for the Partner Programme?

So, how were each of these teams chosen to enter the Partner Programme? Well, EA uses a number of factors including their commitment to the ALGS ecosystem, past performance, and their willingness to continue partnering with the league to help it thrive.

This is exciting news for the teams and ALGS fans as a whole, as it adds an extra level of sustainability and gives the competitive scene even more room to grow.
