Redfall has some RPG elements in the form of character levels and skill trees. Max level is the goal if you want to get the most out of the game, and we have some tips to help you reach it. Follow our rundown below to learn more!

What is the maximum level in the game?

The maximum level in the game is level 40. If you have been playing through the early parts of the game and this seems a bit low, then you don't need to worry too much about getting there. You also don't need to worry too much about your level progress in regard to enemies and missions, as those are not tied to your levels.

While you are likely to fly through the levels in the early part of the game, you aren't guaranteed to reach level 40 by the time you finish the main story. In order to max out your character level, you will need to do some extra work.

How to hit the level cap quickly

If you want to fly through the ranks and reach the level cap as quickly as possible, there are a few things you need to do.

Playing through the main story will grant you plenty of experience and get you through the levels pretty quickly, but if you want to hit the cap before finishing the story, you will want to go off the beaten path.

As you start to explore, you will come across safe houses. There is one safe house in each neighborhood of Redfall, which you can see on the map. Restoring the power to a safe house will give you access to it, and inside you can take on missions to liberate the neighborhood from the vampires.

Each neighborhood has two missions you need to complete to save it. Spending the time to complete each of these missions, while taking out plenty of enemies, is a great way to farm experience and level up. Be sure to complete all of the neighborhoods as well as all side missions before you complete the story in each area to get the most experience possible.
