Teaching Curse As An Egg Move In Scarlet And Violet

If you want to teach a Pokemon an Egg move they won't normally know through levelling up, you'll have to utilise breeding or the Mirror Herb. 

Whichever way, you'll first need to find a Pokemon which knows or can learn Curse naturally that's in the same Egg group as the one you're trying to teach Curse. For example, if you're wondering "how to teach Clodsire Curse" - which is in the Water 1 and Field Egg groups - you can pair it with those in the same groups, like Slowpoke or Numel, to pass the move onto your desired Pokemon. 

Learn Curse With Breeding

You can teach Curse through breeding in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet by having both Pokemon in your party during a Picnic. The Pokemon you want to learn the move should be Female and the one you want to pass it on from should be Male. After some time, you'll get an egg containing a baby Pokemon of your Female who has the desired move of your male. 

Learn Curse With The Mirror Herb

On the other hand, using the Mirror Herb is the most straightforward, as you can teach Curse as an Egg Move to the Pokemon you want to learn it directly. To do so, have the Pokemon you want to learn Curse hold the Mirror Herb with an empty move slot. 

Then, with the Pokemon that you want to learn Curse from in your party as well, set up a picnic. After you leave, your desired Pokemon should now know Curse.
