What does the Power Shot Plus PlayStyle do in EA FC 24?

The Power Shot Plus PlayStyle in EA FC 24 enhances the speed and accuracy of players who use the Powershot technique in-game. Introduced in FIFA 23, the PowerShot technique is activated by holding the left and right bumper while shooting and acts as a 'charged' shot that is much faster but with less accuracy.

The biggest downside of the standard Powershot technique is how long it takes for the player to actually shoot the ball, and how difficult it is to aim your shot in the right place. The Powershot PlayStyle, on the other hand, increases the speed and accuracy - giving you a result that is much closer to the fluidness of a standard shot but with the insane power of a Powershot.
