If you thought that Raven Software's constant wave of bans has prevented cheaters from plaguing Call of Duty Warzone, then wow, have we got some news for you.

Warzone Season 3 has brought along some of the most hard-hitting 80s movie stars in the form of John McClane and Rambo, but neither would stand a chance versus the new tsunami of hackers who have rolled out the worst cheat yet.

Players have now been facing "silent aim" hacks, which come as a pack-a-punched version of aimbot, capable of downing players by not even looking at them. The click-and-kill method now has Warzone players lining up in the Gulag just for the survivors to be sniped out of the air by Jimminy Click-it.

What are Silent Aim Hacks?

As displayed by Reddit user "GigaSnake", some players have now rolled out the silent aim hack in Warzone. After redeploying on Rebirth Island, the player was dropped out of the air. Admittedly, some pinpoint precision perfectionists can hit snipes like this, but as with the nature of Warzone's rampant hackers, the player continued to watch his kill cam. Not surprisingly, his killer was blatantly hacking.

The hacker was using a sniper rifle and shooting in random directions, resulting in him racking up kills without having to be at all accurate.

Warzone Players React To Silent Aim Hacks

With the worst aimbot hacks on show, many Redditors took to the comments section to describe the severity of the hacks. One user said "Silent aim is a huge deal because it's intercepting and modifying server packets. If the cheaters are capable of this now basically it's game over for Warzone, unfortunately."

Other players also added that this hack is simply for the people who want to watch the world burn, as it simply eliminates any essence of the game. In a rant, the user said "what's the point of using this. They literally don't have to aim. They're playing a first-person shooter but they have a hack that means they don't have to aim. At that point it's just, click-click and look at the number on the top of the screen go up," before adding "If they can't even see who they're shooting at, literally just clicking to increase the number on the top of their screen, then they should just play with a calculator."

Activision's lack of anti-cheat software has been Warzone's biggest criticism since the day it was released and still persists as the biggest threat to the game whether their map is zombie-fied or not.

With hope, an anti-cheat should be on the cards, although many have been saying this for months.
