Zombies has been a big draw for Call of Duty ever since it was first revealed in World At War, and it has since become a beast that perhaps even the heads of the franchise could never have seen coming.

The bonus mode's lore has stretched into every unexpected corner, and it looks like it has no reason to slow down, as fans are still loving the mode so many years on. So much so, in fact, that the Zombies mode for the upcoming Call Of Duty: Vanguard would serve as a prequel to the Zombies narrative of Black Ops Cold War, taking place during WW2 once again.

It was a bold move for the franchise, and fans are still hoping it'll pay off. But we now have our very first look at the game's mode, thanks to a leak.

Vanguard Zombies' Trailer Leaks

The new trailer for Vanguard's Zombies mode has been leaked early.

The ad has started appearing on multiple different YouTube channels as an expansive teaser - offering our very first peek at the game's mode.

The Zombies trailer offers a look into the story of the mode, which seems to imply that there are zombies in existence as a result of a Nazi plot with a mysterious group of demons, which was first teased by the game's promotional materials.

The game's connections with the Nazis hasn't been the focus of the mode for some time now, and now it looks like they're front and center with the mode's antagonist being a Nazi general who makes a deal with some kind of demon, offering them legions of the undead.

When Is Vanguard Zombies Releasing?

The trailer has suggested that the mode could be the franchise's best instalment to the Zombies mythos yet, and now fans are clamouring to get their hands on it.

Luckily, we don't have long to wait, as the Zombies mode will arrive with Vanguard at launch on November 5 - only next month.

The mode looks freaky as all hell, and has the potential to be the scariest interpretation since WWII. either way, we're excited to see how it turns out. Bring it on.
