In a toy box far, far away, it sounds like LEGO is working on an official tie-in with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. While we're poised for Respawn Entertainment to get behind the controls of the Millennium Falcon for the much-hyped Fallen Order 2, there's a Death Star-shaped hole in the world of Star Wars LEGO - why do we have no Fallen Order sets?

Released on the PS4 and Xbox One in 2019, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is basically what happens if you mix a Souls-like game and the iconic space opera. Old favourites like Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader stopped by for a natter, but instead of giving us another Skywalker story, we focussed on a new creation called Cal Kestis.

Set in that expansive era between the prequel and OG trilogy, Fallen Order charted Kestis and his pals running away from the Empire in the aftermath of the Emperor's Jedi purge with Order 66. Alongside Cal, newcomers like Merrin, Second Sister, Cere Junda, and BD-1 cemented themselves as well-rounded favourites. Now, it could be time to immortalise them in LEGO.

What's The Fallen Order LEGO Leak?

German site Lego Blog Promobricks lists a number of sets for 2022, with the most interesting being a Fallen Order collab that will reportedly feature BD-1. The site lists LEGO set number 75335 and will apparently feature 1062 pieces.

Interestingly, there's a possible minifig of BD-1 that will serve as a scale model of the main set, which is a giant version of Cal's sidekick droid. The site lists that the BD-1 LEGO set will release on August 1 and will retail for $99.99/£99.99.

The idea is that the Fallen Order set will follow in the footsteps of the 75318 The Child set that honoured The Mandalorian's frog-munching Jedi wannabe. It's sad that there's no reference to Cal himself, but hopefully, he's being saved for a later set.

Will We Get More Fallen Order LEGO Sets?

If this is the real deal, is the Danish brick company opening the doors to a whole galaxy of Fallen Order sets? It's a bummer that we don't have a Vader and Second Sister fight set, or what about a Stinger Mantis set with the rag-tag crew? Namely, we think it's baffling that Cal still hasn't appeared in LEGO form.

Speaking to Brickset in 2020, Design Manager Michael Lee Stockwell said that while Fallen Order sets are "on the table", adapting video games into LEGO come with their own problems and blamed difficulties with age ranges and the violence presented in the medium. Seems odd considering we've previously had sets based on Force Unleashed.

The opportunities are frankly endless, and with Warner Bros. Interactive reaching the end of the road with LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, it's a money-making idea to release a LEGO video game version of Fallen Order - talk about going meta. Hopefully, the beeping and booping BD-1 will lead to a whole line of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order sets. As Yoda would say, "Do. Or do not. There is no try."
