Pokimane Sparks Dating Rumours After 'Kevin' Appears On Her Stream
Imane "Pokimane" Anys has been having an unknown regular visitor on her streams in recent times. His name is Kevin, and we love him, but we're not the only ones. Pokimane's fans have been very eager to see more of her endearing companion, but just exactly who he is remains a mystery and many are wondering "are Kevin and Pokimane dating?"
Kevin apparently made his first appearance alongside Pokimane in the beginning of January 2022 and became an instant hit with her audience after he gave her mental support during a particularly tough moment for her. 2022 has already been a bumpy year for Pokimane. Not only did she have to contend with being banned from the platform for the first time ever, but she then found herself on the receiving end of a 'hate raid' from YouTuber JiDion. To top it all off, she then got caught up in a potential legal battle with Tyler "Ninja" Blevins.
So, for Pokimane's fans, it was a huge relief to see her looking so happy alongside her new "friend" Kevin. While neither have confirmed they are in a relationship, their chemistry and collection of incredibly wholesome moments has left many fans to wonder and hope there could be something more than just friendship.
When Did Kevin Last Appear With Pokimane On Stream?
On January 25, Pokimane was doing a livestream when fans were ecstatic to learn that Kevin was currently paying a visit. The two appeared on camera a number of times together and shared some incredibly cute moments together, such as calmly arguing over whether you should have ketchup or mustard on your hot dog. Kevin then made hearts melt as Pokimane disappeared, and he gushed over her pet cat, Mimi.
As Kevin was left alone once again to "entertain" Pokimane's chat, he went into further detail about his life. He revealed that he is currently trying to work into tech by taking up related roles, such as working in a number of "computer software engineer positions." He also claimed that he is currently leaving in Seattle but is hoping to move to Los Angeles, where Pokimane also lives.
Of course, this isn't the first time that Kevin has appeared in Pokimane's streams. One of the most loved occasions was when the two hosted a cooking show together wearing lacey aprons and whipped up some incredible dishes together. Well, it was mainly, as one viewer claimed: "Poki begging for work to do and Kevin literally just giving her rice to heat up in the microwave."
Are Pokimane And Kevin Dating?
Neither Pokimane nor Kevin have confirmed whether or not they're dating, but fans are very much hoping that is the case. When Kevin was asked during Pokimane's stream if he was single, he responded: "I'm dating you guys." Nice save, Kevin.
Fans were heartbroken on January 3 when Pokimane announced that Kevin was "leaving", leaving many to wonder whether they'd see him again. However, he finally made his triumphant return when he re-joined Pokimane in her latest stream. Although, no matter how much we may love the socially-awkward legend, Pokimane has previously asked her fans not to spam Kevin, but rather give him a follow on social media.
