Imane "Pokimane" Anys, one of the most popular streamers on the internet, has announced that she is an official co-founder of a brand-new esports and gaming talent management and brand consulting agency, named RTS.

Serving as the Chief Creative Officer, Pokimane has identified the goal for RTS as "fixing what is broken in both talent management and brand partnerships in the gaming and esports landscape. "

The streamer, best known for her time at Offline TV, highly entertaining Among Us deceptions, and becoming a Forbes 30 Under 30 member, aims to support streamers and professional esports players by helping to propel their brands and partnerships effectively.

In a statement on the RTS website, Anys said: "I keep seeing amazing creators that are doing wonders with their content and streams, but they don’t have the support to grow their brand and business operations. They’re spinning their wheels on basic stuff and taking a lot of frustrating partnership deals that don’t work out for either party involved.

"I’ve gone through the wringer with these experiences, and we’re building RTS to be able to provide the support, alleviate the workload, and solve this for creators, developers, and brands. My goal is to take my years of experience and make it accessible to newer creators, so they don’t need to go through the process I have endured."

RTS, a company named after the "real-time strategy" genre of games, also boasts a huge collection of esports moguls, including their CEO Stuart Saw, formerly of Twitch, COO Kim Phan, previously of Activision Blizzard, and Vice President of Sales and Partnerships Jason Scorrano, once of PAX and Turner Sports.

CEO Stuart Saw said: "Imane and I began talking last year on how we can build RTS to reimagine the creator economy and esports in a way that focuses on the sustainability of our industry.

"She has such a keen eye on the business, which will be a huge asset to creators and brands who truly want to make a long-term difference."

The company works alongside some of gaming and esports' "biggest talent, events, and brands", including the Fortnite World Cup and Facebook.

Pokimane's ventures come just a week after her fellow streamer Rachel "Valkyrae" Hofstetter was slammed by the public after announcing her co-founder status at "blue light protection" skincare brand RFLCT.
