A Modern Warfare 2 leak on Amazon has hinted that the early access for the shooter will be available to those who pre-order the game - with the PlayStation listing suggesting that codes will be sent out in August. But it's the Xbox Series X|S version that's given us a solid date.
The Xbox release of the next CoD chapter states on Amazon that those who pre-order by August 15 will get a code, implying that the beta will be going live not long after this date. But, there's another detail worth remembering.
Is PlayStation Getting The Modern Warfare 2 Beta First?
It has already been revealed that PlayStation is set to get the beta before Xbox and PC, so even though this date seems pretty early, it looks as though whoever pre-orders via PlayStation will be able to take to the battlefield even sooner.
