No ifs, no but(s). Rocksteady Studios' Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has only just released, but in a matter of moments, the game is trending for all the reasons you'd expect. Yes, the ever-thirsty fandom is going straight to horny jail for ogling one particular Harley Quinn outfit.

While Rocksteady is known for its acclaimed trilogy of Arkham games, many feared we'd left this world behind for good when the credits rolled on 2015's Arkham Knight and rumours of a sequel never emerged from the Batcave. It took nine years, but the Arkhamverse is back... and with a very different story.

Suicide Squad players distracted by Harley Quinn's ASSets

Giving us squad goals AF, we've ditched the tried and tested staple of the Dark Knight to see the other side of Two-Face's coin. Letting us suit up and pummel grunts as the bad guys, Amanda Waller has assembled Task Force X with Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, King Shark, and. (obviously) Harley Quinn.

Spurred on by the success of Margot Robbie playing Dr. Harleen Quinzel in Warner Bros.' two Suicide Squad movies, the character's popularity is at an all-time high. As the lone woman on the Suicide Squad, Harley is getting quite a lot of attention for her, erm, ASSets.

Over on Reddit, randy players are drooling over Harley's classic Harlequin outfit. It's easy to forget Harley was introduced in a 1992 episode of Batman: The Animated Series, sporting a black and red clown suit. Harley's wardrobe has evolved a lot since here, and while it's arguably become more sexualised, you're hyper-focused on her classic suit in KTJL.

When the OP joked about "how can I unlock this suit?" they knew exactly what they were doing when they zoomed in on Quinn's posterior. They weren't alone in their agape jaws, as another added, "I think you need both hands to play, friend... 😔 No classic suit for you!"

A third salivated, "You know what.. I like this preorder skin," but another concluded, "Not even close to Batgirl in Gotham Knights." We saw similar levels of thirst when Barbara Gordon was the only playable female character in Gotham Knights. To be fair, though, Nightwing's ass got similar attention

It's a tale we've seen a million times before, as sex-starved gamers objectify female characters. Fighting games like Mortal Kombat are guilty of blowing up the trend, watching bountiful-breasted women rolling around in next to nothing.

Still, we'd like to remind you that Kill the Justice League is just a game and Harley Quinn is just a bunch of pixels. More than that, sorry to break it to you that Harley Quinn is also a fictional character and Margot Robbie is married to Tom Ackerley. Oh well, you'll have to go back to drooling over a character model.
