Epic Games are continuing to collaborate with worlds outside of the gaming sphere, and their next turn could see one of the worlds biggest boulders and shoulders enter the mainframe. Step into the limestone, sorry, limelight, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Known for being the hunk of the WWE, heartwarming yet strapping roles in films such as Fast and Furious, Jumanji, and even Moana, and for being blessed with vigorous biceps, The Rock may be looking to reignite his love affair with gaming alongside Epic Games. Johnson's previous links to games include revealing the very first Xbox alongside Bill Gates, spanning over 20 years ago, although he's yet to be eternalised in a game, until now... possibly.

Fortnite Season 6 looks set to introduce The Foundation, an agent of the elusive group named 'The Seven'. During the Zero Crisis Fortnite Season 6 cinematic, Agent Jones surged through a warzone featuring nearly every character imaginable (RIP Peely, may your banana guts make a lovely milkshake), and came face to face with The Foundation, who eagle-eyed fams seem to think resembles The Rock.

On top of their very similar names (both Rock and Foundation sit in the same earthy semantic fields), fans have drawn similarities to the etchings on The Foundations arms to the Samoan-esque tribal tattoos sported by The Rock. The cinematic also saw Jones and The Foundation lock arms in Hobbs and Shaw fashion, one of Johnson's most recent film titles alongside Jason Statham.

The similarities are certainly eye-brow raising ("Can you smell what The Rock is cooking?" springs to mind), and the theory doesn't stop there.

Johnson himself has been teasing many game-related Instagram posts, including one on the 16th March in which he name-dropped 'The Foundation' in unrelated yet coincidental circumstances. Many of The Rock's latest posts on social media have contained references to Fortnite or gaming, generating anticipation that he could be the guardian beneath the mask of The Foundation.

The "Primal" theme of Fortnite Season 6 also ties into his jungle Jumanji days alongside being a beefy primate in Moana. Could Johnson's rough on the cuff attitude really see him flinging Fishticks and Co. to the wind and take the animalistic instincts of Predator to be the next bossman of the BR?

Johnson wouldn't be the first actor to be resembled in Fortnite, as OG players of the game will surely remember the John Wick skin the encapsulated the looks of Keanu Reeves.

Lara Croft is also set to be introduced, as the kick-ass heroine looks set to grip a vine and swing trouble around the map.
