You may want to know what The Cycle Frontier Old Currency is, as you can come across it quite frequently while exploring Fortuna III during your twenty-minute windows of opportunity. The Cycle Frontier is an extraction shooter with PvE and PvP elements, meaning players need to dive into a map with enemies all around and find loot to bring back - with a single death meaning you lose what you carry. So here's our breakdown of where to find The Cycle Frontier Old Currency.

Old Currency is located almost everywhere across the game's two maps, and it's mostly found within safes, jackets, briefcases, and other places that people would typically store money. This means you'll mostly find it within areas that contain structures like old settlements or labs.

Old Currency only has one use in-game. It can be exchanged with vendors once you're back in orbit so you can earn Krypto Marks. The conversion rate is 1:1 and Old Currency has no weight, so it's always worth picking up when you find it for the chance at earning some extra money. It's also worth placing in your safe pocket so that you can still keep it when you die.

Exchanging it for Krypto Marks will allow you to purchase more items from vendors, repair armour, and much more, allowing you to progress further into the game with better gear.

That's all for our breakdown of The Cycle Frontier Old Currency, and now you know where you can find it while playing, along with its uses.

We also have a breakdown of where you can find The Cycle Frontier Waterweed Filament, along with how you can use it.
