How to find the keys & security room locations in PUBG Deston

Getting your hands on the Deston security key and room locations in PUBG can give you access to some of the best weapons in the game, which is essential if you want to secure some wins.

Deston is still the biggest map in PUBG right now, so it can be quite tricky to know where to go if you're on the hunt for the best loot. There are thankfully a number of secret rooms dotted across the map that you can access with security keys, and each of them holds some of the best loot in the game for you to take.

Where are the security keys and rooms in Deston?

The Deston security keys can be found in many locations across the map - all of which we've marked in the image above - and they typically have a secret room associated with them that's located nearby.

This means that you won't have to travel too far if you find a security key, as its corresponding secret room should be located fairly close. However, there are some exceptions where you'll be able to take the key to any secret room, which obviously gives you an increased amount of flexibility.

Some places also have more keys than rooms, such as the city of Ripton (pictured below). Another exception is the secret room located in Concert, which requires you to use a drone to access it.

It's worth noting that secret rooms are on a random rotation, so every match will have different ones that spawn. This means even if you are familiar with all the potential spawn points, you can still get unlucky and not find any.

A sneaky tactic you can sometimes use to gain access to secret rooms is just waiting for another player to open it for you. If you find a secret room, wait nearby for someone to come with a key, kill them, and loot it from their body. You should also be careful of players using this tactic on you, and lock doors behind you when exploring a secret room.
